provide a range of  Home Plans—prefabricated houses that are designed, built, and shipped from their base in Auckland, New Zealand, to various locations in the Pacific Islands, including the Cook Islands, and the outlying Islands. These homes are constructed to meet the New Zealand Building Code, ensuring high-quality, durable structures that can withstand the diverse climates and conditions found in the Pacific region.

We offer a variety of home sizes and designs, ranging from compact studios to larger four-bedroom houses. These homes are customisable to some extent, allowing customers to adjust layouts and finishes to better suit their needs.

Pricing and Shipping

From humble beginnings Next Home started as a proud to be a division of Future Proof Enterprises Limited, run by locals right here in the Cook Islands. We are grateful for the support from the Cook Islands Government, which has facilitated our growth across the Pacific, allowing us to maintain affordability and quality for customers worldwide.

Our main office can be found at the Matex Shopping Centre, Shops 1 and 4 in Arorangi, Rarotonga, Cook Islands. In New Zealand, we have Todd, our North Island expert, whose incredible knowledge of our Next Home build product is a tremendous asset, along with three outstanding team members in Auckland who have contributed significantly to our success over the years.

For other Pacific Islands, Jase is your go-to person; Jason and Kathryn Pierre, the owners, live in Matavera, Rarotonga, and Jase has been our Next Home Build sales expert across the Pacific Islands for years.
